No es una casa cualquiera. De madera de cipres acerrado ahi mismo. Luminosa, amplia, bien aislada para asegurar el mínimo consumo de energía. Decoración de sencilla elegancia acorde al lugar, cuadros de fotos de Florian von der Fecht enmarcados con madera reciclada. sin vecinos, rodeada de bosque, de senderos y acceso privado al arroyo Blanco que limita la propiedad. El murmullo del Arroyo Blanco se interrumpe por el canto del huet-huet.
