very good apartments. Located in a quiet place, but not far from center. Under the windows there is no noise from traffic. The view from windows is unbelievable and unforgettable. And actually the windows themselves are really good - in Bariloche in autumn very windy, and in apartment it was ok) There is also heating and everything you need to live.

La casa de Fabián es hermosa, muy cómoda y acogedora, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es genial muy cerca de la base del cerro, cerca de servicios y restaurantes. Fabián es un gran anfitrión, responde a tiempo, con indicaciones claras y muy buena predisposición. Definitivamente recomiendo y volvería a alojarme en su casa!

The house has a lot of character. It felt cozy and comfortable. It felt sometimes like living on a fairy tale. The views of the lake are beautiful and keep changing through the day. The early morning before the sun rises are amazing. The linens are professionally cleaned. Keep in mind that the house is located inside a compound with other small rentals. Everyone is separate and you barely see your neighbors. Your views are not blocked. The property is right on the lake and you can walk down to the water. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Perfect if your group is blended or traveling with two families. The upstairs feels like a different house privacy wise. There is even an upstairs living room. Great spot to launch our Circuito Chico adventures.
