Monthly Rentals in Villa Rosa

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Right near the beach. Easy street parking nearly always available. Supermarkets close-by. The balcony/outdoor space was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, hotel-grade for sure. Each apartment has every single thing you could need or want to be a home-away-from-home. Bathroom out of a magazine, Large TVs, fast internet, all cooking utensils you could possibly need. Even included some extra "goodies" like fruit, juices and coffees for breakfast throughout the week. Host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing anything you may need. Wish I extended my stay honestly! Would've loved to have spent my whole trip here. Thanks for a wonderful stay Marcello!

Cosy little apartment with a great terrace and sea views. The host is super nice, helpful and flexible. The apartment is functional and clean, small but the shower cabin is good size (unlike in many Italian AirBnB’s…). Totally recommended!

I stayed one night in this apartment with my partner, everything matched what was reported in the listing and the directions provided by the owner. He is a super helpful person and attentive to the accommodation and customer needs. It far exceeded my expectations, we will definitely be back.
