Elvio is more than a great host. He is friendly, helpful and has given a lot of insider tips. We could not have done some locations and excursion destinations. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures and everything you need is there. You can also use your bikes to drive about 8 minutes to a great bakery in the morning. The pool of the complex is about 50m from the house and very clean. In the house itself are also things like badminton, bocchia and other games. The garden and the house are located in a fantastic property. We were on site with a total of 4 adults and 2 infants. The outdoor grill also invites you to have a great meal. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower for particularly hot days. We highly recommend the house and Elvio as hosts and were certainly not with him the last time. You can reach Bardolino in about 5 minutes by car - the location is also great for other excursions. 5 star for this

We're glad we stayed with Carla and Danièle. The neighborhood is beautiful, Lido island close to everything: Venice center in 15/20 minutes, beach and shops nearby, very convenient buses to get around and bikes available, calm to change a little from the crowded moments in some neighborhoods of Venice, the kindness and availability of the hosts to inform us, and nice surprise when arriving in this comfortable house where we have an apartment upstairs with lagoon views: a fruit basket on the table and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! We'll have great memories...

We had a great time, the accommodation is exceptional, Gloria and Gianmarco were accurate and attentive. We will definitely be back for the next trips to Veneto.

The photos do not do this listing justice. You will stay in a piece of family history that is imposing to say the least. With its hidden location among the trees, in the middle of vineyards, it is really a dream place. Tommaso and Ela are fantastic hosts and ready to arrange things for you or provide information when needed. Very pleasant people.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Michela's big house is perfect for family holidays or group of friends. It had three large bedrooms, sparkling clean bathrooms and a cozy cooking /dining / living room area. Michela was always very helpful and nice, gave us tips and was very accessible. 100% recommended!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

Super nice villa. Except for the cutlery in the kitchen, the equipment was very high quality. The villa and the pool are absolutely fantastic. The view on the lake and Bardolino are beautiful. We will definitely return in any case. The landlord was always reachable and answered questions very quickly.

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property of Luigi. Before arrival, Luigi was very responsive to all of our questions. During the stay, we contacted him a couple of time and nothing was too much for him. The house is enormous and the pool has an amazing view over landscape. Furthermore, there was an additional service that our waste was picked up every day (included), so we didn’t need to seek for a public facility for waste disposal. All in all, highly recommendable for a fantastic stay.

Our stay at Villa Gavriel was perfect! Andrea is one of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met — always available, super friendly, and even helped us with things beyond the house, especially with language barriers. Now… the house itself? WOW. It is perfect for big families: spacious, full of character, and even better than the pictures. Every space is cozy, beautifully designed, and super functional. The bedrooms are very comfortable, there are lots of bathrooms, two incredible kitchens fully equipped for big family meals, and beautiful gardens with parking space. It truly feels like the perfect Italian experience! You can feel that everything was prepared with care. The location is also great — peaceful surroundings and just a short drive from Padua, Verona, Venice, and more. We had an unforgettable time and are so grateful for everything. Thank you, Andrea, for everything — we’ll always remember this trip with a huge smile!

Maibrit & Hildegarde are the most amazing hosts. From the vases of flowers, luxury bath robes, fresh bread delivered to the door & home made apple strudel, we felt more like family guests than renters. This is more than your regular Airbnb! The house itself is of the highest quality & extremely comfortable. They have thought of everything. And that view! It is truely breathtaking. If you are thinking of booking here don’t hesitate! It is amazing.

We had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished house. Pool and terrace are really nice and the outdoor area was cleaned every day. In the garden there were turtles, a cat and chickens - so we got fresh eggs for breakfast every day. The house was clean, well-maintained and well-equipped down to the smallest detail and left nothing to be desired. Luca, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊

Spacious villa with panoramic views of the Lake. Private hot tub also with lake views is special. Shared pool a couple of minutes walk away is quiet and also has spectacular views. Short walk (5 mins ) into Torri Del Benaco, a stunningly beautiful little town with lots of restaurants, cafes and a couple of small supermakets for essentials. Very handy location to explore the lake by car (30 min drive to the large amusement parks for the kids), also has a ferry terminal direct to the west shore. The only problem is the villa is so lovely, you won't want to leave!

Andrea and Guendalina are great hosts!First of all, the area and home is beautiful, perfect for couples and families. The place is clean, brand new, and everything you might need can be found there. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. We received clear instructions in advance on how to get there. Furthermore, Andrea and Guendalina were super quick to respond if we needed them. We had 8 wonderful days in our home! Despite the mixed weather, we were able to do a lot, as Venice, Verona and Sirmione were easily accessible between 30 minutes and 1.25 hours. Shopping, reachable in a maximum of 10 minutes, was abundant. There were also wonderful Italian restaurants in our vicinity. Communication with Barbara was excellent! We could reach out at any time and never had to wait long if there was anything to sort out. We would rent the house again any time!!!
