We had a great family stay, the place is just as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

Awesome place to stay and rest

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Great location and comfortable accommodations!

Very cosy and comfortable home. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and safe. There are cute cafes and restaurants close by, and lots of nice parks. Everything was as described. The house was well equipped and internet was good. It was very hot when we stayed but the main bedroom has aircon and we used a fan in the second bedroom, as well as closing off the area of the two bedrooms and spreading the aircon through that area. The patio is just lovely and the parilla got good use! Good and easy communication with Claudia.

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

Epic, little more to add. It's just like the description, 0 smoke, the truth is that if you're looking for something to enjoy with friends and family, this is the place.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checkin was super smooth and quick. Bianca was wonderful! She provided clear instructions, was very friendly and super responsive whenever I reached out with questions. She also helped coordinate transportation for me which was incredibly helpful since finding a larger sized vehicle can be difficult in Buenos Aires. The location of the apartment is super walkable to great shops, restaurants and bars. There’s so much to do in the area. We also felt very safe during our stay. The 24 hour security is great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is beautiful, I felt right at home. Daniel and Luciana are very attentive all the time. Willing to collaborate in whatever you need during your stay. The photos are just like the reality. The apartment is very well maintained and well-equipped. I'll be back!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

First time in Buenos Aires. We did pretty much everything on foot, subway and bus, and the location helped a lot to make this happen. Close to everything. We had a great week in Victoria's apartment! Super comfortable, the windows to the street give it a lot of space, and the decor is very nice. Victoria was very helpful at all times. We love the neighborhood, we always go to Palermo, and the location of this apartment is excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the street below and in the surrounding area. Everything was impeccable. We went to an event in Parque Roca, it was super close. Veronica made us feel welcome from before we arrived. The entire complex is 10/10. To recommend, we will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. For what I paid, it was a very good deal. The common amenities were fantastic. The views were great. Enjoyed the city life all around. Great location. The place had a very nice aesthetic. Some of the furnishings were a little on the cheaper side; however, for what I paid, I cannot complain. It was a fantastic stay. The main center light was a little annoying, however, all the dim accent lights were amazing. Love the place, I would stay here again.
