The location is lovely. A real estate unit in a perfectly renovated country building. Very well-kept gardens and a wonderful view that from the top of a hill stretches to the sea. Enchanting a glass of good wine in the evening with a spectacular sunset, all seasoned by very welcoming and helpful hosts. Pineto as a country does not offer much, but the accommodation is 5 minutes from the highway exit and therefore the connections are very easy. Combining the hospitality, quality of the farmhouse and the oil and wines present in the accommodation... a perfect representation of Italian excellence in the world.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for those looking for tranquility, comfort and the beauty of the Adriatic Sea at your fingertips. Thank you very much, Roberto!
