We spent 6 nights in the villa with 6 adults and children and felt completely comfortable. The villa has everything you need. Terrace, garden and view are a dream. The living area is also very spacious and bright. Everything was very clean. One of the bedrooms borders the living room without a wall, which is quite good to know in advance. We didn't realize that. We can highly recommend the villa and Augusto as hosts and would book again at any time.

We absolutely loved Villa Lingarda. Everything was perfect! Comfy beds, lots of space, a beautiful yard and a well-stocked kitchen.

Very nice house with everything you need and a great garden. Very good location. Quickly at the lake. There were 4 of us with our dog. The only annoying thing was the 4 dogs in the neighbor's kennel, who often barked. Otherwise great.

The house is very quiet and lulled by the sound of the river. The excellent bedding contributes to the restful nights we spent in the rooms with a great view. The impeccable and spacious garden, the barbecue and the tavern won us over. We had an amazing stay! Thank you Fabrizio!

For an authentic Italian experience, let Giuseppe be your host! My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lago d’Iseo and our stay in Giuseppe’s home. Giuseppe and Laura are friendly, fun and natural hosts making their guests feel at home. They offer local recommendations and even made a dinner reservation for us - have local fish on the island, it’s great! Their home has been in the family for generations and offers a welcoming courtyard for spending time together and also comfortable rooms with enough space to rest and relax in privacy. Giuseppe even helped make a comfortable area for me to work remotely during my stay. The open kitchen area provided everything to cook dinners since local restaurants were a bit too far for my mother to walk. Access to the little grocery store (which had everything!), bakery, ferry, train station and weekly market was all within easy walking distance - we didn’t even need a car! The area is a hidden gem with few tourists. Our stay was perfetto!

Very big house with a lot of space, can easily host 8 people. You might need a car since it’s quite a distance to the supermarket and cafe. It’s quite pricey but given the big villa, it’s make sense if you have a big group. We only have a small group (4-6) people so we didn’t make use of everything in the villa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Orizzonti in Predore, Italy, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The villa, located along the serene Lake Iseo, offers stunning views that made our mornings unforgettable. The property is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, spread across three floors. It is perfect for families, equipped with air conditioning. The large kitchen was a delight, fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. We were also assisted by a helpful assistant who was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. Overall, our stay at Villa Orizzonti was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious stay in Predore.

This was by far the best ever rental property we have stayed in! Maibrit and Hildergard made sure that every detail from the time of booking right through to the last day was handled with excellence... they are kind, caring and lovely people! The villa is spectacular, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped for cooking/eating in, it was a perfect gathering place for our family of 6. There were also areas for quiet reading, napping or just relaxing. And of course, the views are absolutely stunning!! There are also a good choice of local restaurants in the area. The road to the property is a little tricky until you get used to it, but other than that, we all agreed that we would love to return sometime in the future - given the opportunity!

Villa Romantica is a very nice, quietly located house that is really top equipped. We had a super nice stay (enough space for three families with five children) and if the weather had played along a little more, we could certainly have taken advantage of the amenities such as pool and lake. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities to become active (water sports, biking, climbing, hiking and much more). The communication with the owner Giuseppe and especially his local acquaintances, Francesca, who took care of the check in and everything else, worked wonderfully! Thank you for everything – we can fully recommend the place!

Villa Dossello is a beautiful 'eco-house' in a fantastic, quiet and completely private location. The view, the generosity of the surroundings, the space in the house are unique. Simply awesome. We'll be back.

Our stay at the villa was great. The views and outdoor spaces were our favorite part. While the kitchen is small, it’s very well equipped. Our family enjoyed cooking, eating our meals on the patio with the beautiful views and playing pool! The weather was unfortunately not the best during our visit, so we only got to use the swimming pool once, which was great.

fantastic place for family with children; large "private" garden for playing ball, etc., lake access for boating, etc.; bathroom, beds great, living room as well, very nicely furnished; air conditioning in all rooms. We felt completely comfortable, the children loved it; Train behind the house doesn't bother, runs very rarely Kitchen equipment for family who likes to cook, somewhat limited (e.g. large cutting board is missing). But really no big deal. It was a really great stay. Host is very friendly, responds immediately. We once had a short circuit, Mary responded immediately. Would stay there again anytime

This was the most scenic Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The views are truly indescribable. The home is modern, well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware, and the AC works very well. The check in process was very well described and there is a useful app/website that details everything about the stay. Highly recommend - wish we could had stayed for longer!

I have been using Airbnb for a long time and to date this has been the best house we have booked. The home itself is so beautiful and spacious. The pool was wonderful. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. The area is beautiful and we found lots to do. Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

We were 6 people with 2 dogs and spent very relaxing and relaxing days in the Villa Erica. The house is on a very spacious property with its own pool and an outdoor kitchen right next to it. The lake can also be reached on foot from the property by a short forest path. We felt very comfortable and both Stefania and Luca the owner were very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful apartment in a lovely location with fabulous views over Lake Garda. Inside super clean and tidy with marble floor keeping it super cool. Plenty of space for two people inside and outside on the large terrace with tables and chairs, loungers by the poolside and a fantastic brick built bbq for use. Set up on the lakeside up a steepish hill and a 1km walk into town if on foot - good exercise! Apartment had everything you needed to get away from it all - no tv which we didn't miss but good wifi and music sonos. Everything was excellent and we fully relaxed here and really enjoyed our stay. Simon and Andrea were super helpful hosts and went above and beyond to assist us. We would thoroughly recommend staying here to explore this lovely part of Italy.

An all-round successful stay! The host was super friendly and flexible – we were even able to check in earlier, which was very accommodating to us. The place was just as described: very clean, well equipped and cozy. Everything worked smoothly – from check-in to the stay to the uncomplicated check-out. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!
