They were very responsive, the kitchen was very clean and so was the bedroom, the Views we’re beautiful. I don’t have a single problem with this apartment.

The location is good, with nearby markets and easy access to the metro, which made our locomotion a lot easier. The neighborhood felt peaceful to us, although it was not as close to the sights as we thought. Still, the displacement was quick and practical with the subway. The hostess is a dear, very attentive and friendly, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

What an amazing host! A high-spirited, helpful, kind and very good person. We had the pleasure of meeting him because he makes a point of welcoming us. He explained everything and gave several indications about restaurants, places and observations of what could be dangerous in some places after a certain time. I rented Ivan's apartment for my parents who came to visit and were really happy. So much so that my mom told me several times "please leave an excellent review"😂. The apartment was spotless. Besides being very nice, it is very functional and fully equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, the area is quiet and there are places to eat, drink tea and walk. Ivan's willingness was total. We will definitely choose it again when my parents return.

I already told you privately and I'll leave it here too, the apartment is super comfortable, nice, nice decoration. The girls were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions about the boiler and wifi. I would definitely come back, as it felt like being at home, for three people it's great!

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responded promptly.

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to every concern. I recommend it 100% .
