Excelente, sólo tres cosas: 1. No tiene estacionamiento cerrado en el que tu vehículo esté siempre seguro (aún que la zona es tranquila y segura) 2. Sugiero ventiladores de techo o pedestal en las habitaciones (esto es de gustos) 3. En la sala le hace falta algún sistema de ventilación ya sea con ventilador o aire acondicionado ya que se siente caliente a pesar de la ventilación natural que tiene. Aclaro, que me encantó. La casa es linda, tiene lo necesario para estar cómodo, sus espacios amplios, con buena luz y decoración acorde a la ciudad (detalles que marcan una diferencia) se puede caminar tranquilamente en los alrededores, la ruta de acceso es poco concurrida por lo que uno sale y entra sin tráfico. Nuestra estancia en Colima fue genial. Gracias.

The place is larger than it looks in the picture, it is furnished with great taste, and the hosts are really warm and welcoming. Todo muy limpio. Lo que anuncian es lo que es. Tuvimos un contratiempo a la llegada, no estaba la llave para entrar sin embargo respondió muy rápido y la envió inmediatamente. También la cafetera no funcionaba y en cuestión de un rato la cambiaron por otra cafetera nueva. Siempre estuvo al pendiente y Teo muy bien.

En general eñ lugar es como lo indica el anuncio, fotos reales, recinto muy relajado, cómodo, limpio y amplio 😊 Cuenta con lo necesario para tener una buena estancia, además de que te dan llaves para ingresar al estacionamiento sin horarios restrictivos. El área de alberca es muy bonita por la vegetación alrededor, no da el sol directamente lo cual hace que la piscina este muy fría (no está climatizada). Su ubicacion céntrica, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El centro queda cerca en auto, caminando a 20min. La piedra lisa queda a 5 cuadras. Muy recomendable para conocer Colima.

La ubicacion es lo mas importante esta a unos pasos del centro, excelente el espacio del departamento, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias muy agradables…. Lo unico seria si ustedes llevan adultos mayores seria complicado para ellos subir los escalones, pero por lo demas es un lugar 100% recomendable.
