Bruno and his grandmother Liliana are great hosts. We had a problem because the check-in indicated flexible after 8:00 - due to their lack of knowledge, relatively new to the platform - and from our immediate reservation they managed to adapt everything so that we could enter at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The space is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, clean, warm and with a waterfall that caresses you. Layla, a pitbull dog, is playful and friendly. The river a few meters away with its shade and place for walks is an added value. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful house, nicer than the pictures. Hilda and Emilio welcomed us very warmly! They were attentive to all our needs. My kids had a great time, there were many possible activities. From the dining table that turned into a pool, to the Legos to play with... We really enjoyed it, and we look forward to returning❤️❤️

Excellent location, safe place, friendly communication. The apartment is very nice and clean inside. We chose the place to attend an academic event at the university, which is a 15-minute walk away. It is important to emphasize that the building is in an area with a lot of car traffic and that the noise is quite loud. Fortunately, when closing the electric curtains, the noise subsides. The bed is super comfortable, enough towels, etc. Nice view. Overall, highly recommended!! :) The only thing I would change is to leave enough laundry soap. We chose this apartment especially because it had a washing machine. The soap they left us was not for washing clothes (it had the liquid texture of dishwashing soap and not the thick texture of washing clothes) and it was also a very small amount (it was not concentrated soap). Unfortunately, the soap did not wash well and we had to take the clothes to a laundry and pay for a new express wash given the short stay and the need for clean clothes. Thanks, you too:)

It is a comfortable DT, accessible for those who go by car, it has parking attached to the building. Clean, comfortable and with very nice decoration and amenities. Recommended in relation to price-quality

the apartment is a duplex with two balconies. beautiful. well located. close to the Passeo Bom Pastor and the Pátio Olmos mall. we did everything on foot. there's a bakery, market, pharmacy, restaurants, laundry, everything nearby. the apartment is full of treats.. shampoo, conditioner, detergent, liquid soap and fabric softener. towels, linens and all first-class linens! the photos are real. I'd come back a thousand times. the kindness of the hosts is a differential. you can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, everything was correct. The hosts' attention was precise, which made communication very easy. The location is excellent for walking the streets of Nueva Córdoba.

The location is comfortable and is a few minutes walk from the center of Cordoba. There are several lines of colectivos that go through the area as well. It has several places to shop around.
