L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Siete nel posto giusto! Siamo alle porte del centro storico in una via tranquilla in cui potete arrivare con la macchina. Al piano rialzato all'interno di una villa storica, l'appartamento è fornito di aria condizionata, cucinino, colazione, bagno privato. Animali benvenuti senza sovrapprezzo!

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living/study room, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.

The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday and it is not far from the mediterranean coast and the Cinque Terre (Unesco Heritage). The house and the garden are independent and for the exclusive use of the guests.

Alternatively, you can walk to the Kennedy covered parking lot in 10 minutes. The house is located within the historic center but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
