We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hendriette's guesthouse. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The instructions for accessing the property were clear and easy to follow, and Hendriette was always available to assist or answer any questions we had. The guesthouse is well-equipped, warm, and welcoming. The coffee and milk provided were thoughtful touches that added to our comfort. The beds were cosy with warm blankets, which made for a great night's rest. We would definitely love to return soon. You really can’t go wrong by choosing this guesthouse—highly recommended!

The place is beautiful. It is part of a wedding venue. We stayed in the big house. There are other smaller units on the property. When we went, there weren’t any other guests in other units, so we could use the pool and the seating area at the bottom of the lawn all for ourselves, which was really fantastic. The house itself has everything you need and is beautifully decorated. It was cool enough for warm days and they provided fans, which we didn’t really need as the house was cool. Some other plusses: they provided tabard for mosquitoes, two helpers that cleaned each morning at 10am, plenty of crockery, plenty of seating space and tables outside, three braai areas to choose from, 4 bags of braai wood and ice. The host was friendly and welcoming. We all had a fantastic time. The wifi was a bit tardy sometimes, but mostly worked well - can’t expect more from that location. We traveled the road easily with normal hatchback cars, but if it rains for days expect some big puddles.

Cozy beautiful home. If you just need to get away and relax...this is the perfect place.

I had a wonderful stay! The host gave a warm welcome and was very friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The space was fantastic—comfortable, clean, and allowed for a real sense of freedom. I felt completely at home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it exceeded my expectations! Mel was an amazing host—quick to respond and incredibly helpful when we had trouble opening the door. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, which was a pleasant relief. She checked in to make sure we were settled and offered assistance if needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay - this felt like home away from home. The pictures didn’t do it any justice, the place is more beautiful in person. A safe haven indeed, from the busyness of the city. Everything looked amazing and perfectly located. The host was easily accessible and proactive, not to mention friendly and helpful.

To be honest the pictures. Do not do justice to this place. It is beautiful and in most quiet place. We really had a great weekend.

We loved our stay. Few teething problems were resolved swiftly. I would look into getting some training to the cleaning team . We shall be back in a few months !
