Casa Boa enjoys a fabulous stand alone location overlooking the beautiful Ria de Muros y Noia. The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house. It’s the perfect retreat to get away from the madness of modern day life. Despite its secluded location, the small and enjoyable towns of Noia & Porto do Son are within easy reach by car (Santiago de Compostela 30 minutes).

Designer semi-loft located on the ground floor of a detached house. It has 2 terraces for exclusive use. New and fully equipped, it has a private parking space. Free parking is also available next to the property. The granary, the garden, the ping-pong table, the barbecue and the outdoor jacuzzi are shared with the Boj penthouse, which occupies the lower roof of the house. Everything is included in the price except for the use of the outdoor spa, which costs €60/hour.
