We had a comfortable stay, the heating was on and the house heated before we arrived, which is appreciated, since towards cold, there were all the services that were necessary for us. Everything clean and tidy. The host was very helpful with us at all times. We would certainly repeat.

10 wonderful days at Virginia's, a beautiful person available, responsive and so attentive to her guests while respecting privacy. The hamlet is charming, surrounded by nature with a refreshing pool in the middle of summer. We also loved the 2 cuddly cats 🐈😻 On the material aspects (bedding, terrace, utensils...), everything is perfect. 👌🏼 Ourense (3rd city of Galicia) is 1/2 hour drive and Vigo and its beaches are 1h30. Beautiful discovery of Galicia for us, magnified by Virginia's superb accommodation and her kindnesses. 🪭🌿🌟 Calm, rest and creativity 🎏

David is arguably the best host we've ever had. The house is beautiful and functional and the estate is a dream. It's an oasis in the middle of Ourense with perfectly thought out and organized natural shade and sun spaces. The little animals there give it a special charm, both ducks and kittens. Happy, the puppy who welcomed us and laid off very polite and playful. David has helped us with everything, he is very nice and generous. On the day of check-out he had no people and let us run out of restrictions. He brought us fresh homemade products for lunch and with it we ate delicious and very healthy. We come to celebrate 2 birthdays and the house has nothing around. You can celebrate and enjoy without any problems. David, thank you! We will surely see you again in October!

Accommodation rented for 13 days for my family excellent welcome from Helder's parents, house as described and photos. Clean and spacious house. We highly recommend this listing for a stay with family. Helder heard from us and the parents came to see if everything was fine.

The house was even more beautiful than expected and cleaned to a wonderful standard. The place felt homely and spacious with enough amenities provided ie towels, kitchen utensils, food items etc. Pool and grounds were well kept by Fernando who helped us out with some queries during the week. The ruins on the property have the place an authentic and rustic feel. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all for some peace and quiet in the beautiful countryside.

Your stay at the Casa de Rio Trutas could not have been better! Super available and flexible hosts, the house corresponded exactly to the one published in the photos and the described (in fact, it even surprises positively), kitchen with all the amenities, very comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, large ballroom for parties or other activity (we did a dance class!)... Pena could not stay longer and enjoy the pool (but this had nothing to do with the host). It is a great space for families, groups of friends, whether you want to go just to rest or celebrate a birthday or a bachelorette party! High level recommendation! :D
