We enjoyed our visit with our family over New Year for three nights. Luis was a very helpful host and always responded quickly to any questions. We appreciated the freshly baked cake on arrival and on the second morning some treats from the bakery. We particularly enjoyed seeing the fireworks from the exclusive resort of the opposite side of the river for New Year. We popped open a bottle of bubbles to share on the rooftop terrace with a fabulous view at midnight. Great atmosphere. Would be fun to return during the summer months to enjoy the lovely pool.

Such a wonderful place and wonderful hosts! It’s remote, too far normally to walk to town, but our hosts did a great job of supplying us with breakfast food and wine, so we were never without the important things. Tal e qual como nas fotos! Perfeita para passar uns dias com um grupo de amigos ou família. A casa fica numa Aldeia muito sossegada e bastante simpática para os seus visitantes. Casa muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário, incluindo produtos de limpeza, utensílios de cozinha, toalhas de banho , entre outros. O jacuzzi surpreendeu pela positiva, já que a temperatura da água estava perfeita. Todas as manhãs tinhamos pão fresco deixado na porta para o Pequeno-almoço, o que agradecemos imenso. A Anfitriã esteve sempre disponível por mensagens. Resumindo, estava tudo perfeito e contamos voltar brevemente. ☺️

Phillipa and Paul were absolutely lovely to work with and their property is unbelievable! We felt like we owned a Quinta for a few nights! we got to explore the property, visit with Paul and one of their sons, and savor the beauty of the Douro. They were proactive with communication and sourced a number of wonderful adventures, activities and meals. Without their guidance our trip would have been less fun!

Una casa estupenda para estar muy tranquilos 8 personas. Está muy equipada y no le falta ni un detalle para poder estar tranquilamente. Zona tranquila a 5m de la autopista. Nosotros hemos estado en invierno pero esta casa en verano será digna de disfrutarla al máximo. La comunicación con Sonia siempre ha sido muy rápida y ha estado atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos.

Gostamos muito da estadia, a casa está localizada numa zona muito tranquila e perto de zonas para percursos a pé e de restaurantes a poucos minutos de carro. Fomos com a nossa mascote de 4 patas e foi optimo, a casa tem imenso espaço exterior para ela correr e brincar e muito perto, localizam-se trilhos da Ecopista do Vouga. O António foi muito prestável e atento. A sua mãe, a Dona Gina, simplesmente fantástica. Muito preocupada para que não nos faltasse nada no conforto da casa e ainda teve a amabilidade de nos presentear com uns docinhos regionais muito bons. Certamente que voltaremos à Casa do Professor!

Wir haben eine Nacht in dieser kleinen Hütte verbracht und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war sehr komplex und eng mit dem Auto, aber er ist es wert! Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und wir haben den Abend in der hervorragenden Gesellschaft einiger pelziger Freunde verbracht. Auch der Whirlpool war zweifellos einer der besten Teile unseres Aufenthalts. Der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und auch sehr nett proaktiv gefragt ob alles soweit passt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und werde wiederkommen!

Logement loué pendant 13 jours pour ma famille excellent accueil des parents de Helder, maison conforme au descriptif et photos. Maison propre et spacieuse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour en famille. Helder à pris de nos nouvelles et les parents sont venu voir si tout allait bien cela fait plaisir.

La maison d’Avantos est située dans un village charmant, au milieu des oliviers. L’espace extérieur est vraiment très agréable avec une grande et belle piscine, et deux espaces couverts / ombragés pour prendre les repas. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien équipée pour des repas avec beaucoup de personnes. Deux chambres ont leur salle de bain privative (+wc) et les deux autres chambres partagent la salle de bain (+wc). Nous étions trois couples d’amis et cela permettait d’avoir chacun nos espaces, en plus des pièces de convivialité. Tout était très propre. L’arrivée et le départ étaient très faciles. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Pas de climatisation mais en aérant bien, la chaleur de la région ne pénètre pas dans la maison. Parfait endroit pour un moment de repos au calme.

Inserida numa aldeia muito bonita e calma, o espaço é maravilhoso, meio envolvente muito acolhedor e um anfitrião preocupado com o bem estar do hospede. A casa é moderna, limpa, com muita luz e com materiais recentes. Tudo muito limpo e cuidado. Casa de banho muito boa, com água quente para todos e toalhas à descrição. Podem fazer refeições na cozinha e comer no local, tal como se estivessem em casa. Tem TV com todos os canais e WiFi super rápido e intuitivo para ligar. Valor em conta. Recomendo para qualquer família que queira relaxar e passar uma boa estadia.
