Vacation rentals with a patio in Vila Real District

We had an excellent accommodation in Ana's property. Extremely clean house with everything you need. The garden of the house is magnificent, very well cared for and reserved. Perfect for breakfast. We will definitely go back again and again.

Regina and Alberto were very kind to us and provided plenty of local recommendations. Their property is also very lovely with a beautiful garden and two very friendly cats! We had a great stay and hopefully we will have a chance to come back.

What an amazing place! Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the communication with the host, the small touches in the apartment on our arrival, the magnificent view, the pool, the comfortable rooms, the cleanliness of the place, the wine, and especially the generosity of the hosts who showed us the facilities where they produce their wines. We had a vacation that exceeded our expectations and we couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you so much!

Everything was excellent! The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to feel at home. Modern and comfortable. The outdoor space was also very nice. The ideal place to spend a few days in peace and tranquility.

I'll write the review in English so it can reach everyone, as well as some tips for your stay. The apartment was in excellent condition, very well decorated and clean. The TV supports Youtube and Netflix. The hosts are super nice, the area is calm, perfect for night walks. As for my tips: Restaurants in the area are cheap and serve good food. If you plan on going to Stop, a medium dose of beef does feed 2 people for only 10€. Do note that the nearest supermarket is a 30min walk from the apartment, so if you're not bringing a car make sure to stock up on your first day!

This was a dream vacation - we had just moved to Portugal and spent 2 weeks getting setup. We wanted a quiet week as a family to rest before school started. This place was perfect: perched on a mountainside in the middle of vines, the space was quiet, peaceful and beautifully designed and appointed. Paulo, the husband, is an architect who refurbishes vintage designer furniture. Teyna, the wife, is an amazing chef. Her breakfasts (included) we delicious and the dinners they offer in their adjoining restaurant and well crafted and tasty. Their place is pet friendly - we brought our dog, and they have a dog, two cats and two birds. We did outings to Porto, nearby Roman ruins, historic villages and swam in the rivers running through them. It was delightful.

We've had an amazing 4 days here. It's just a perfect location and we felt at home here. The pool, the view, the garden with grill - everything was just perfect. The only 'negative' things, if you can call them negative, is that the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedrooms, and that the parking is a bit tight for a large car. We can fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a private getaway in a beautiful location.

The accommodation is located in a small village in the middle of the vineyards overlooking the Douro Valley and has a wonderful view. Well-equipped accommodation, the rooftop terrace is a plus. We would recommend this listing.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. The reception was great, Maria was waiting for me with a smile even though I was an hour late. She let me in and showed me the place, and stayed to light the fire for me. They provided firewood and starters, and came back the next day to ensure it was topped up. The place is GORGEOUS. Even better than the photos actually. It is a wonderful place to escape to and I will certainly be back in the summer! The house is simple inside and had everything you need. The internet barely reaches which makes it a nice getaway from tech, but something to keep in mind. The shower runs cold every now and then and so the water needs to be put on and then off again. The views are perfect and there is a lovely walk to the river. Nearby Amarante is a beautiful city and certainly worth a visit. I did have time to visit the nearby vineyards, but of course it is in the wine country. This is the ideal cabin to escape to, whether for a single or for a couple. Love!

We reserved the space to spend the New Year's Eve between friends, and we took two dogs. The area is beautiful and the reception was wonderful. Cristiana and her family treated us well, and made a point of leaving us at ease, having always been available to help with whatever was needed. The days were cold, but they left us a lot of firewood, which allowed the house to be always warm. On the eve of the New Year's Eve they left us more wine and a freshly made cake. The house was super clean and had everything that was needed. We were very eager to return, thank you for everything!

Probably the best hostess on Airbnb! Super friendly and loving, very helpful. We needed a reliable taxi number and Cidalia arranged us, brought us wonderful figs and made us super comfortable. Extremely immaculate House, we will return for sure. I advise a lot for those in need of a getaway from the city and the confusion. Beautiful landscapes and friendly villagers. We feel at home! Although we only stayed one night, the house is very comfortable and well located. Pedro is very friendly and attentive to make everything okay for the guests. We loved the area and all the information Pedro gave us was very helpful.

Excellent, clean, and modern apartment! It had everything one could need, including a stocked kitchen with great coffee, a nice shower, and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the place overall was peaceful, which made it easy to rest. Parking was easily accessible at a nearby garage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Accommodation was excellent!!! Sparkling clean and luxuriously equipped. I felt very pampered and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone. My hosts were very patient and extremely friendly even though I arrived much later than planned.

We loved our stay at Elisabete’s place . She and her husband are good people . Elisabete also arranged for a late night taxi back to the airport . The apartment is spotless , clean and is located perfectly for the ones without a car . There was good heating and air conditioning . The location is exceptional and the best in the area for the ones without a car . There are two huge supermarkets ( Continente and Lidl ) within immediate vicinity . Also there are lovely restaurants within walking distance . Burger King is 5 mins walk away . Public transport ( Bus ) is a 15 min walk away . And the lovely picturesque town of Amarante is 15 mins walk away . Our three little kids enjoyed their walk to the centre of Amarante . We used public transport to get to Guimaraes, Porto and the train station . On days when we wanted to stay at home , we simply enjoyed the unobstructed view from the balcony with a glass of a cool drink . We have stayed in many Air bnbs but this is the best so far .
