Very nice place with an amazing view!

We needed a secluded enough place to work in peace and walk in the countryside. It was perfect for us. It is a rural area, with many forest paths, and marked trails around Ribeira or Boticas. A big thank you to Jean's uncle and aunt, who were lovely.

Rui went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The place was spotless and extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Amarante area. The owners are very helpful and great communicators also.

We stayed two nights at Marias Place, it's perfect located in the center of Pinhao. There are several options nearby to check out the Dourovalley. Most important of all, there was breakfast included with fresh bread every morning!

We were greeted by Maria, José's mother. And what a welcome! She immediately put us at ease, she is an extremely warm host, really kind. The accommodation was spotless, there's even air conditioning. I totally recommend this place, one of my best Airbnb experiences!! If I could put 10 stars just for Maria, I will :) she is adorable, go for it without hesitation!

Joaquim made our visit to the Douro valley even more memorable with his warm hospitality and care to make us comfortable.

Marisa was the absolutely perfect host, I can't believe how responsive and flexible she was on check in and every moment after! Lovely house, great sparkling clean pool and everything you could possibly wasn with regards to provision in the kitchen, bathroom etc. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property and Marisa to anyone looking to do the Douro Valley. Godim is a little out of the way but it has enough when you are out doing wineries everyday. The property was spacious, had a car garage, airconditioning was good and all the provisions in both the kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. We really felt at home. Marisa is the BEST host, she baked this amazing cake for us [which we ate!!] and had a fabulous hamper with wine and goodies to treat us while we stayed. We had a few questions in the beginning and she responded immediately and offered to come around anytime if needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

I loved the space, very calm and serene, good to relax and be at peace. Very communicative host.

We were very well received by Alexandre's father, who showed us the main trails and places to know the surroundings. We were able to reach the accommodation very easily only by following the instructions given by Alexandre. It has a very nice restaurant near the house, you can walk. The view from the balcony is amazing! All our meals were made admiring the landscape! Accommodation exactly matches the advertised photos. Our experience was very good in all aspects! I highly recommend it!!

The stay was amazing, corresponds to everything that is indicated. Alexandre always helpful and attentive, he gave me all the information, gave me tips on how to make the journey of our tour. Exact tour instructions to be traveled. I recommend and intend to return with more time.
