Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Bright and spacious apartment set over the upper and lower ground floors of a handsome victorian terrace with own private entrance and beautiful garden. Direct level access from the modern kitchen to the raised deck, ideal for al fresco dining or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Centrally located, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Co-op supermarket at the end of the street.

Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. I have updated lounge furniture October 2024.

Perfectly located right on the beach yet in the heart of Broadstairs, this ground floor flat is in the historic 'Eagle House', named after the French Eagle Standard captured in the Battle of Waterloo. It is comfortably but stylishly furnished with mid-century vintage pieces and original artworks by local artists; enjoy a morning coffee on the sunny patio before stepping through the secret beach gate onto the golden sands of Viking Bay. Note there is no sea view from this apartment.

Granville Rest

The flat is a really lovely spacious one bedroom basement property. It has its own private entrance with a key safe for easy access. It also has parking which is often rare in Broadstairs and it can be very difficult to find a parking space on a summers day. We have an area in the communal garden for a barbecue or to enjoy your morning coffee. We are literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. You can see from the photos the most amazing sea view as you enter Granville road.

Beach Lookout - Direct Beach Access - NO Guest Fee

Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

This newly refurbished holiday home is in a spectacular location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs. Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. Broadstairs promenade, the main beach and the town is only a 5 minutes walk away. This light and airy two bedroom flat has French doors opening onto a patio area with communal gardens beyond. The apartment is ideally positioned to enjoy the seaside town of Broadstairs which has an excellent selection of shops offering local produce with many restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. The Westwood Cross shopping centre is only a short drive away and has larger stores, restaurants, leisure centre and cinema.

Situated on the picturesque seafront, a minute from beaches and amenities. Tucked out of the way it a perfect holiday home. Perfect for a family get away. The property has been refurbished in January 2018 with two new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The hideaway also has a cute courtyard with seating.The hideaway has a great sized living space stylishly decorated to a high standard throughout.

The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
