The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

There is a rich selection of restaurants in Sørenga and Bjørvika. It is only a 15 min walk to Karl Johansgate.
