Vi leier ut vårt romslige 70`talls feriehuset, med sengeplass til 8-10(4 soverom), 2 bad, stue, kjøkken og vaskerom. Huset ligger på en fjelltopp, med sol hele dagen og fantastisk utsikt mot Lahellefjorden. Huset ligger 100 meter fra vannet i luftlinje. 5 min gange og du kan bade på den lokale brygga eller stranda. Turområder rett utenfor døra, med en flott kyststi utover Østerøya. Her kommer du fort til Skjellvika og andre nydelige sandstrender.

Stor trädgård, högt och ostört beläget. 2 mil till närmaste by med affär, 3 km till fiskesjö där en kanot finns till förfogande, 10 km till sjö med badplats. Perfekt för stor familj som vill ha en egen plats med stora ytor att umgås på i lantlig miljö. Standarden är enkel och huset är i 80- tals bruksskick.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 4, 8 og 12. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.

House with a wonderful sea view! The house is located only 200 m away from the famous coastline of Bohuslän, with rocky cliffs and sandy beaches. This coastline was ranked 7th among the world's last great wilderness areas by CNN Travel in 2013. Ideal for families (with children), couples and solo travelers. Flott og meget romslig (323 kvm) feriehus med panorama utsikt over innselingen til Risør! Beliggende nærme sentrum og sjø, samt meget kort vei til flott turterreng i Urheia. Huset har alle fasiliteter som hage med trampoline, badekar, isbitmaskin, kaffemaskin, to stuet, flotte uteplasser med utsikt og lader for elbil. Huset egner seg godt for to eller flere familier:-)
