Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Tag hele familien med til hyggelig bolig i landlige omgivelser på gård med masser af plads både inde og ude. Kun 5 min til E 16. Flotte muligheder for turer i skov og landlige omgivelser. Egen have. Bil er nødvendig. Stor plads til parkering. Der er i alt 6 sovepladser + en barneseng. 50 min til flotte Norefjell alpinanlæg 35 min. Til Kistefos museum 30 min. Til Hadeland Glassverk 10 min. til Hønefoss. 1 time til Oslo 1 time til Gardemoen 20 min til Ringkollen langrennsløyper og alpinanlæg.

Koselig hybel med parkering i sentrumsnær bydel

Forseggjort lite overnattingssted med sentrumsnær beliggenhet og utsikt over byen. Det er 1.2 km (ca 16 min) å gå fra/til Jernbanen. Det er 1.7 km (ca 23 min) å gå til USN. Bussholdeplass finnes rett nedenfor leiligheten. Der kjører to busslinjer som begge går til Drammen Sentrum. Det finnes flere matbutikker i gåavstand. Marka med turmuligheter, badeplass på sommeren og skiløyper på vinteren er ikke langt unna. Tog til Oslo kjører flere ganger i timen og tar ca 40 min til Oslo Sentralst.
