Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with double bed. The living room has been kept in the old style. The house is located on a farm where there are sheep. Great space if you want quiet surroundings. We have a cat on the farm. Nice view over Sognefjorden. The house is over 2 floors with bedrooms on the 2nd floor and living room, bathroom, entrance and kitchen on the 1st floor. The property has a fenced garden with furniture. Samueltun is located "in the middle of the village" and has a short distance to shops, mountains and lakes, and a nice beach.
