The village is surrounded by fjords and mountains, which provide a sense of tranquility. Vik Adventure is located about 20 minutes from Feios. They offer fantastic rib boat tours to fjords such as Finnabotn and Nærøyfjorden, which are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. They also offer boat rentals. The old stave churches are also about 20 minutes away. A convenience store is located about 1.5 km away.

The bus stop is 75 meters from the entrance, and the express boat from Bergen stops 100 meters from the entrance. In winter, the express boat goes to Sogndal, but in the summer months it also goes to Flåm. There is also a tourist route on the fjord via the same harbor. Leikanger Fjord Hotel is located 40 meters from the entrance, they have their own fjord spa that external guests can also use. The hotel has a restaurant with local food and pizza.

The house is protected and is built in 1891 as a townhouse and bank, but contains small architectural offices, designer studios and a few apartments.
