The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

We propose to you our characteristic spacious farm house to enjoy nature with your family or a group, max. 7 adults. Children are very welcome, but the house is not equipped with stair gates, etc. Located in the farmlands, while very centrally in the country and only 2 minutes from the highway just south of Utrecht. The house is fully renovated and equipped with all necessities. Several biking and walking routes pass by the farm. The nearest shopping mall is 2 km away.

Once you step inside you’ll feel the history surrounding you like a warm blanket. The apartment offers a spacious living room with open fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Ideal for a family of up to five or if you're looking for space. The building is located right in the center of the charming old Dutch town Vianen near Utrecht.

This place is located in the middle of the garden of De Zouwe and in the beautiful hiking area "De Zouweboezem", a protected nature reserve with many special birds and plants. Lots of privacy, a large garden in front of the door, a wood stove and lots of light.

Located by a beautiful garden with chickens, sheep and pond.
