A charming gypsy wagon in the middle of nature overlooking the adjacent water mill. Close to the sights of the old cities of Utrecht, Leerdam and Gorichem within a radius of 30 km. This place is in the middle of the beautiful hiking area "Zouweboezem", a protected nature reserve with many special birds and plants. Lots of privacy, a large garden in front of the door and a private garden shed next to the gypsy wagon in which there are 2 garden chairs and a wood stove. Firewood is for sale with us.

Sleeping in a centuries-old windmill.

Sleeping in an old windmill from 1640 is unique. Sleep like the miller in the old bedstee. A historical tool with modern conveniences of the present. The house is small but has a kitchen, living room with sofa and dining table, shower with toilet and a separate bedroom. The people used to be smaller so the height of the doors and the length of the bedstee is tailored to this. Around the mill is a large garden with canopy, wood stove and plant greenhouse. The mill is on the edge of Leerdam.

Charming romantic cottage "Linge Dijk Huisje"

Welcome to our enchanting cottage nestled along the tranquil banks of river ‘de Linge’. This retreat showcases a blend of rustic charm and timeless elegance. Once inside, the interior exudes a sense of relaxation. The heart of the home is a cozy living room with a fireplace and sofas, providing the perfect setting for intimate conversations or a good book. For outside adventures the cottage offers a base for cycling and other sport or to explore the culture, nature along meandering river.

The daily price includes camping/tourist tax, towels and linens. The cottage is spacious and clean, comfortable, cozy & very suitable to come to yourself, each other, and/or a (creative) project. The basics (toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc.) are provided. The tranquility and beauty of the surroundings invite you to be outside. In the large flower garden, or by the lake, or hiking/biking/day trips to historic towns. Dogs are welcome, cats unfortunately not.

Solo Pod (sauna and yoga included)

Our Solo Pods are wonderful places to retreat on your own and really relax for a while. Equipped with good bed, bedding, sitting area and always near a fire pit, you won't have to worry about anything. You have the option of retreating for some time by yourself, as well as socializing with others. The Solo Pod has a sleeping and sitting area as well as an area for sitting outside your pod with a fire bowl. You'll have a wonderful place to escape and relax.

Charming detached guest house with its own bathroom and kitchen. Saltwater swimming pool in the garden and breakfast can be booked on weekends. Located in an idyllic village of Acquoy in the West Betuwe. In a cozy green garden with bantams and a stone's throw from the Linge, this studio offers the perfect mix of natural beauty and comfort to discover the hiking and cycling trails in the area or nearby places Geldermalsen, Tiel, Gorinchem or Den Bosch.

Studio Tjilp is a lovely and comfortable guesthouse with it's own entrance in the very centre of the Netherlands. You'll find both nature and culture nearby. The shops and restaurants of the small, cute city Leerdam are within walking distance. But there is also a beautifull landscape around. The house offers Wifi and a nice terrace in the green garden. It's also ideal if you want to work or retire for a while peacefully.

This great, large home guarantees fun with the whole family. With a forest and supermarket within walking distance. Close to the dike and a wonderful rural area. Due to the enclosed garden, it is also ideal with children. If the kids are in bed, you can sit in the veranda by a wine by the fire. The decor downstairs is also perfect as a daylight photo studio. The home also has a garage.

Aan De Snel

A beautiful vacation home is located on the Achterdijk in Schalkwijk. The house situated in the former lap field of the Lunet aan de Snel, part of the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (NHW). The house is furnished for 6 people maximum. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. A canoe is included in the rental of the house.
