Cozy and charming house on a plot with a shared garden but exclusively for guests, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, TV, WIFI, in a residential area at the entrance to the city, but 10 minutes from downtown. Decorated with care and detail. It has a very nice small balcony overlooking the Ría. Very central, the building has no elevator but it is on the third floor with a beautiful and spacious staircase.
