Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The house is authentic, rustic and very lovingly furnished – exactly what we were hoping for from an Italian holiday. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the porch in the morning and enjoy the view over the countryside. The drive is a little steep and requires a solid car, but you will be rewarded with peace and a fantastic place. The region is rich in culinary highlights, small excursions by car are very worthwhile. Our host Irene was always available, very friendly and sent us great tips for the area, which inspired us.

Federico was absolutely friendly, professional, and responsive. The apartment matches the description, of great taste and elegance, attention to detail, beautiful decor, design but also functional. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The palace is of fine finish, practical for parking and to reach the historic center. Highly recommended for any type of stay in beautiful Parma. Thank you very much, Ivano! 🧡 Our stay at Ivano's was simply unforgettable. From the first minute, he welcomed us with a cordiality that is rarely experienced. Ivano is a wonderful person – well-read, intelligent and full of life experience, which he shares with warmth and modesty. He really went above and beyond to make us – my family, our children and even our dog – completely happy. He was there in every situation, with action, a smile or loving gestures. Our children were absolutely thrilled, and even our dog immediately felt at home. A beautiful, spacious garden with berry bushes, trees and countless loving details. You can feel how much love for nature and mindfulness is in every corner. It is a place of peace and beauty that you don't want to leave. I would write a lot more if it were possible here. Ivano – you touched our hearts, hopefully see you again soon

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you find bars for breakfast and aperitif, the restaurant is all within reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.
