Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Small cozy cottage for 2 people for rent in beautiful Hønsinge Lyng in West Zealand. 900 meters to the water, and close to mini golf, ice houses, shopping etc. ⛱ The house is simply decorated - bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds and nice living room, terrace and nice garden. The 3 rooms are separate and all 3 with entrance from the terrace, so you have to exit each room to enter the next. The hot water comes from a 30-liter water heater. There is a wood-burning stove and heat pump (electric heating is charged at DKK 50 per day)

There is a 5-minute drive to Asnæs and Vig for shopping. The house has a large fenced garden, where there is room for both play and privacy. Large wooden terrace, which is partially covered. There is a fully equipped kitchen, open connection to the living room with a wood-burning stove.

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

From the house you can enjoy a private garden and a large terasse with outdoor dining area, sun beds, fire pit and plenty of space for kids. Within walking distance, you can reach a supermarket, beach and a forest.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
