With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Perfect, perfect, perfect! We have had the most amazing week at Lilac Cottage! Phil & Maggie were amazing hosts, very attentive, and absolutely lovely. The cottage was gorgeous with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was also lovely and private and the selection of pool toys went down a treat with the kids. Maggie was always on hand if we needed any recommendations of where to go to see the local area . Overall a fantastic stop off as part of our mini French adventure. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful few days in this gorgeous house. Very peaceful, well maintained house with everything you need. It was lovely spending time with the donkeys too. The hosts were great and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.
