Impeccable accommodation, quiet, I recommend

Quality stay between idleness, quiet and good atmosphere. Corinne and Paulo made us feel at home, a sunny welcome and sharing of common areas as if we were old friends. The setting and the house are beautiful. Recommended!

We stayed one night at this house which is very clean and very organized. Quiet location in the heart of nature.

2 nights on weekdays near Beauval Zoo. Damien was not present on site but the exchanges were smooth and quick. The small house is exactly as described in the listing and the pool is a real plus. Please note, the staircase to access the bedroom is very steep and I do not recommend it for people with mobility difficulties. Note the possibility of sleeping on the ground floor if necessary, with a sofa bed.

What a fantastic place! It’s in a great location, spacious, modern and has everything to make your stay comfortable. Dominique and Patrick are a super sweet and friendly couple. The house and garden were even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was there and super clean! The garden was an oasis of peace, surrounded by the trees it was soon cool after the heat. The house also stayed nice and cool! We really enjoyed it; there was also a lot to do in the area! We'd love to come back!

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. Its accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval Zoo Park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organizational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. We had a lovely stay visiting the Loire castles and Beauval Zoo. The studio was well located for our various visits and the neighborhood was very quiet. The studio was consistent with the photos and description and very clean. The air conditioning was very nice with the heat during our stay. Laurence was very kind and available to respond to messages.

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Apartment with a nice view of the cathedral and very bright. The balcony is very nice. The proximity to the city center is appreciable for discovering the city of Bourges with the magnificent Jacques Cœur house, the cathedral with its "crypt", the museum on the war and the gardens.

Impeccable apartment, very tidy and tastefully decorated. Ideal location just 10 minutes from the historic center of Bourges, with lots of shops nearby. Host was very responsive and thoughtful throughout the stay. I highly recommend it!

Very clean, quiet and well located. With free parking in the square across the street. If we have a chance, we will come back without hesitation. We highly recommend.
