L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ma la vera perla della nostra casa è la splendida terrazza sul tetto, chiamata "altana" in veneziano, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul Canal Grande.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Casa Lara 2, a canal-front awakening in Venice

A small apartment cared for in every detail ideal for two people located 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The private view of the canal on one side and the internal courtyard on the other make it one of a kind. Highly qualified restaurants in the surrounding area, suggestive landscapes above (Venice is visible with clear air) and a place for walks and bike tours.
