42 m² house with its 100 m² private garden and 2 terraces with PIZZA oven. A private 10m² heated swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds (no time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm, coconut, lemon, banana and olive trees. The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.

Take a break and relax in our brand new cottage! It is a large studio of 30m2. With an unobstructed view, quiet neighborhood, residential. Furnished kitchen. Shower room with toilet. Recent bedding, 160 latex mattress. You can dine outdoors under the pergola and use the garden furniture. 900 m2 lot We live opposite, that's where the pool is. It's shared with us. We remain discreet when you stay here.
