This two-story barn conversion retains the rustic allure of its original structure while seamlessly embracing modern design elements. As you step into this cozy holiday home located in the heart of Sufers, you'll be immediately captivated by the beautiful views that surround you. The top floor boasts a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, and a dining area alongside a fully-equipped, open kitchen. On the expansive terrace you can soak up the sun until the late afternoon hours, as you take in the views of the mountains that stretch before you. There is a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky in the warmer months. On the lower floor you will find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine / tumble dryer. Downstairs is also a large storage room for you to store your skis, sledges and other bulky items. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully soundproofed. This construction enhances the authentic charm of the house, but may be less suitable for extended stays with friends. Therefore, for longer stays, we primarily recommend this accommodation for couples and families. Sufers is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Viamala region, escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter you can enjoy unique snow tours, go skiing, cross-country skiing or sledging. The Splügen-Tambo ski resort is only a 5-minute drive from Sufers. From spring to autumn, you can hike to breathtaking mountain lakes, collect mushrooms, climb rocks in the nearby "Magic Wood" boulder park, or simply take a walk around the tranquil Lake Sufers. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this charming barn conversion in Sufers is the ideal alpine retreat.

Welcome to the Adlerhorst in the Valser Valley, an old farmhouse high above the valley, where tranquility, nature and breathtaking views make you forget about everyday life. Experience the unspoiled nature of the Grisons mountains at 1,500 m above sea level and enjoy the perfect combination of untouched nature, hiking and the world-famous Therme Vals. The farmhouse is located in the sunny hamlet of Mont, part of the municipality of Vals. The journey is via a 3 km long natural road from Lunschania, about 5 km before Vals.

Central heating and 1 stove in the large living room. 1 double & 2 large multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. Panoramic terrace, large lawn with brick fireplace. Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.

Large cozy first floor apartment

The apartment is ideal for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. An outdoor swimming pool is right in the neighboring village.
