Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

You'll love our place and appreciate the tranquility and coziness. Our apartment is for couples and families with children. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Andeer spa and is an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing and much more. Shopping and cozy restaurants can be found in a few minutes or by car in the area. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached via the stairs or the elevator from the first floor or the underground car park.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
