Eve is warm, and understanding about schedules, the accommodation was very clean, well-equipped and in a good location, impeccable. Eve was very clear and precise about the information needed to access the apartment, while being attentive to needs, demonstrating impeccable host quality, I would fully recommend this listing :)

We had a lovely weekend in Rouen. The accessibility of the accommodation is ideal for varying the pleasures, walks, outings in the city center, We are not on it and recommend that you book this place, Josselin is a welcoming and available host, he put us at ease and took the time to advise us well. We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

We had a great time at Olga's place. The apartment is functional, in a very good location in the center of Le Havre, and perfect for exploring the city. Olga was particularly welcoming and gave us plenty of good tips for exploring the surrounding area. We would highly recommend! In two days, we have time to walk around the city and take a short trip to the cliffs of Etretat which were magnificent. We didn't have time to go to Honfleur but we'll be back with pleasure next time because it's a very beautiful area. Thanks again to Olga for her kindness!

We were there with our 3 adult children and their friends. Everyone felt very comfortable. Plenty of space. We couldn't even use everything. It was super relaxed. When the weather was nice, we could have used the garden more. All in all great

The house is exceptional, very beautiful and in impeccable condition. There are plenty of amenities and the decor is admirable. The location allows you to walk because it's close to the Palace and the beach. Licia had good tips for our arrival and recommended restaurants. Thanks for hosting us, this is a property to remember!

Beautiful place, cozy house furnished with care. Communication with Lena went very well. An issue with the heating was resolved the same day. Unfortunately, only the washing machine did not work (but was not very bad for us). Doggy could come along. All with a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice house , we were able to park the car and do everything on foot , from the city center to the beach and the port . Pierre gave us all the instructions when handing over the keys . The rooms are very large and comfortable, we were 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby and it was perfect . We had a lovely weather and were able to have lunch in the garden . The kitchen is small but well laid out and functional. A small tip however, provide earplugs because the stairs are crunchy but that's the charm of the old houses . I recommend it without a problem .

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

For people, who would be hesitant. I'm confirming this place is peaceful! It is a haven of peace, with this beautiful terrace that offers views of the sea, and which is perfectly furnished. We were welcomed and guided with great kindness. As a couple or family, I recommend it will be for you an experience without regret and filled with good memories. The accommodation is in a very good location, the city center is easily accessible on foot, and there are shops nearby. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. Sebastien and his wife have always been very responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

Super accommodation located in the heart of Cabourg on a street offering many restaurants/bakeries and specialties. The studio is super beautiful, renovated, modern and very clean, super nice. I would highly recommend it, the hospitality was warm and efficient.

Very nice and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain the dishes not being clean). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but it's a shame that it's so narrow and that other poorly parked residents hinder maneuvers (which are numerous and difficult).

Magasin is a very friendly host. Listing matching photos, well-equipped and clean. The central location allows you to do anything on foot, you and in the pedestrian street but you are quiet and the parking space is really a big plus. We recommend Magali's place.
