Beachfront vacation rentals in Vetulonia

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Great experience on the farm! We loved the beach bike ride and the morning view of the cows. Happy we booked our stay here. Check in was flexible which was much appreciated.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

Davide welcomed us into his little slice of paradise from where you could admire the beauty of Capoliberi overlooking the sea in absolute tranquility. We were located in a strategic point 10 minutes from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and not far from Porto Ferraio. The apartment was very well organized with spaces, bright, clean and equipped. We got to meet Davide personally, a sunny and exquisite person and together with his wife they really take care of making a vacation a very pleasant memory. What can I say, Isola D Elba is a real surprise!

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

The place is an absolute place to yearn. The view of the sea priceless. We were lucky enough to stay alone on the property almost the entire time. The amenities are functional and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. The decor is familiar with personal things of the family but that's exactly what I love about AirBnB. I was very reminded of my former family weekend house. We certainly weren't here last time and I thank Fabio&Valentina for sharing this wonderful place with others.

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We spent a quiet week in an area suitable for children, a 10-minute walk away there was a beach suitable for children even for a 1-year-old baby we had a very good time. Mrs. Franca was very helpful and kind. Thank you for everything.

We felt very warmly welcomed and very cozy in the charming guest house. The garden is beautiful and the beach is unique. We received all the necessary help and assistance quickly. We are grateful and will definitely come back again.

Great house equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. A large garden where the kids can play, plenty of play and beach stuff and the proximity to the sea, a very quiet stretch of beach, are absolute plus points! Also smooth communication. What a fabulous place !! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and description but better. The view is amazing and the apartment well equipped and comfortable. Auro was very responsive to all messages and his parents, who checked us in, were charming. Just a couple of practical points - there is no a/c but usually there is a lovely breeze, just keep the blinds down when the sun is on them The access into the sea looks a bit scarier than it is - you can just jump in and then to get out, there are also some steps cut into the rock so you don’t have to try and scramble out. Wonderful - we hope to come back

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. Margherita's house is literally ten steps from the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and very welcoming, you sleep hearing the sound of the sea. Margherita was very helpful and provided us with many tips for visiting the area. It was a pleasure to stay in your beautiful home and we would be happy to return next time! Thanks for everything. 😊

This place is absolutely stunning! The pictures do not do it justice. It is so well decorated, everything you need is there, and it is very clean! It is directly across from the beach. We had the front window open every morning just enjoying the crashing waves. The village is so quaint and charming! There are many restaurant choices, shopping, and gelato all within a short walk. The people are friendly and so many dogs!! The host met us at the front gate and showed us exactly where to park (do not bring a large vehicle!) and showed us all around the condo. He was friendly and quick to respond with any questions. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. It brought such peace to be there. I would recommend it without hesitation!! Do not keep looking, just book this!

Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)

Great view from the large terrace, no insight and we saw the sea between the trees. The stairs from the garden led us diekt to the sea. Some sandy beach and then stone but we swam out and it was quite shallow a good bit out. The advantage of not being just a beach was that we were swimming ourselves. The apartment met our expectations and we slept well in the sofa bed. We are very happy with Patrizia's accommodation. Åsa and Jörgen
