Here you will find tranquility by the sea with everything you need within short distance. In the city center you will find cozy eateries, galleries, shops and wine monopoly, in short everything you need for a delicious stay. Son is also a good starting point for trips to Tusenfryd, Svinesund or Oslo, and the house is easy to get to by car or public transport. This is the place to make memories for the whole family.

Munch's footsteps in Hvitsten

Edvard Munch chose Hvitsten as a summer residence in 1910. Our house is a short walk from Munch's house and has magnificent views of the Oslofjord. Munch's house is called Peters Minde and so is our house in public documents. The house is bright and warm with six good beds and two bathrooms. You can wake up and go down to the sea with your coffee cup and enjoy the silence with the sea as the closest neighbor. Ramme farm with its beautiful gardens, cultural events are a short walk away. Preferably long-term rent.

Alle er velkomne til og leie vår enebolig. Huset ligger fredelig til ved et småbruk og skogen er nærmeste nabo. Fredelig beligenhet, men godt utgangspungt for turer. Kun 7 min kjøretur til Vestby der du har kjøpesenter og Oslo Fashion Outlet. Fra Vestby tar det 20 minutter med tog til Oslo. Bademuligheter ved Oslofjorden 20 min kjøring. Tusenfryd 25 min. Det finnes flere turstier i nærområde. Det går ingen offentelig komunikasjonsmidler forbi eiendommen, så du er avhengig av bil.

Free garage. 7 min to Sonsveien station where there are continuous trains to Oslo or down south. 40 to Nordby in Sweden. 15 min to Oslo fashion Outlet and 25 min Tusenfryd.

Around all of Son you will find large and small beaches both of sand and rocks, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.

A modern house with a huge garden, beautiful view over the rural surroundings and five minutes from the train station Vestby. Modern and comfortable trains to downtown Oslo go every half hour and the tide only takes 22 minutes. There are many sights and beaches closeby within 10-15 minutes by car. Grocery store, café and shopping mall in walking distance. Milly, our cat, will stay in the house.
