We had an amazing time at this apartment . Sebastian was very helpful and quick to answer to all our queries . The surroundings are unreal , the views are impeccable , and the whole atmosphere in general is very quiet and peaceful. Would 100% recommend if you need to unwind from a busy city life and just enjoy the nature around . Thank you Sebastian , we will certainly be back

Great, modern, large, very well equipped apartment with everything you need on vacation. Christoph is a friendly host. Located in a quiet location with parking space. From Prad you can reach a variety of winter sports and mountain sports destinations in a short time.

Everything was super clean and flawless! Check-in was flexible. It takes 20 minutes to walk to town, which was super easy (even with kids). We felt very comfortable. If you are traveling with children, you should know that the stairs are very steep. Our kids were old enough, so no problem. Definitely a place to stay that can be recommended. Riva del Garda is a super pretty town and worth a trip!

The location of the appartement was ideal with beautiful views and amenities nearby. Carlos daughter Mara was great at communicating, very friendly and always responded with helpful tips. My family would definitely like to return for another stay.

Absolutely charming villa next to Lago de Iseo! Cozy and large apartment with all the amenities - just as described. The outdoor area is nothing less than a dream. A garden stacked with olive trees, a roofed BBQ and dining area next to a luxurious pool. Excellent! In addition to that, check in, communication and hospitality are top notch! The apartment was very clean and big. It offered everything you need for a short stay and it's perfect for visiting Riva. Sebastian was really nice and welcoming and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend staying there when visiting lake Garda/ Riva.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.
