The cottage is fully equipped and has its own dock area shared with three nice neighboring cottages. Possibility of fishing, marine life, swimming, hiking terrain, cultural life, etc. 10 min walk to grocery store. Please bring your own linen and towels. The cabin is self-service and guests wash out themselves. It is possible to purchase cleaning as an extra.

In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, great beach and very good fishing opportunities. Unique view of the tidal current, Norway's second strongest. Teeming bird life.

The mirror suite offers a stay close to nature and with a fantastic view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has a mirror function in two walls. You can see out, but no one can see in. Not even the wild animals, birds, foxes or moose that wander by. You live centrally, not far from the store and people, but still completely for yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a house nearby. The atmosphere can only be good.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Pingvinen on Ytterøy

Our penguin is a movable igloo of 20 m2, with 360 degrees view of the lake and land. For most people, a location close to the sea will be the first choice. Trondheimsfjordens perle is a good starting point for experiencing an environment with a lower pulse, history, hunting and fishing and outdoor life, a battery charger in other words. We can help with most things, transport, catering, boat rental, etc. Please note that it can get hot indoors when the sun is up, even with the aircon on.

But don't panic, you will not experience something like this every day. So every minute counts...

Hytta er perfekt for en eller flere familier, eller par som reiser sammen. Ingen festing eller vennegrupper.
