Family-friendly vacation rentals in Vero Beach South

Loved this place! It’s tucked away and so peaceful, with a very short walk to the beach. Barry provided a lot of items most Airbnbs don’t, such as beach chairs, a boogie board, and miscellaneous necessary toiletries. It was a great stay, definitely thinking of coming back to stay again!!

This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

Absolute wonderful place to stay, very close to the ocean, very safe, and fun activities to do around the area without having to leave the neighborhood. 10/10 will be staying there again next time we go down.

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

We had an excellent stay at Aquatopia South. The home is clean, large yet cozy, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect waterfront location. We loved being right on the water—it made for the most peaceful mornings and fun-filled afternoons. The host went above and beyond by providing tons of water toys, including kayaks and paddleboards, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with everything you could need already on-site.

Very sweet house in great location. We had everything we needed for our 3 person work trip; kitchen well-equipped, comfy beds and furniture, good showers. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for our 3 person work trip. I would love to stay here on vacation some day. Jeff is a great host!

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

When lookin at the photos is compare to the place there the same, you get everything you need spices, towels, beach towels, toys and etc. It perfect for vacation.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderful area. The home was bright and had plenty of space. Kris is a sweetheart to rent from. I will definitely recommend this listing to everyone I know staying in the area.

By far the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. The small things stood out. We have three children so the children's bikes, books, and Pack 'N Play were nice amenities to have. Pat and Neil made sure to have fans in all of the rooms as well. The responsiveness to messages and the level of communication was superb. All in all, Pat and Neil made our vacation that much better. We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

The place looked just like the photos! It was very peaceful, a beautiful view, and a clean, nice place to stay. The beds were comfy and the TVs were huge in comparison to other places we’ve stayed. The pool was clean and big and the beach was so close to the building! We loved how the place came with beach chairs and towels! We would visit again!

Loved our stay at Richard’s. The house was spacious and easily fit our crew. The pool was amazing also. Richard was a very helpful host and was top notch with communication. We would definitely recommend!

It take a lot for me to write a review. my husband and I are relocation to Florida. I were un able to find a place to stay we booked Susan place. she is the sweetest person I have met in a long time. I was haven't a hard time trying to find somewhere to stay without staying with family members, I wanted to say at Susan place but it was booked. Susan had a friend that have a air and b luke hers and it was open to book and that friend took care of me. I thank God for letting me book Susan place and she was able to help me. lf you need a place to stay Susan place is very clean and pretty. please book with her. . The unit was very clean and had lots of windows for daylight. Everyone one we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do for entertainment. Loved having access to the ocean.
