We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool was a fantastic addition to our week! The house was great!

My family and I enjoyed this house for spring break. We loved the backyard and everyday seeing a momma manatee and baby swim right along our paddle boards. The boys loved to sushi and went fishing in the kayaks. The owner was so helpful with places that were a must see and yummy food stops. Cocoa Village is def a must. Add Brevard Zoo to your list! Very close and is a beautiful zoo. We really loved the house and location. Great Stay!

This is our second year visiting! Fantastic location. Very close to Orlando and very short walk to the beach and pier. The pool is great and garage stocked with toys and beach gear. A little disappointed that the hot tub was broken, but the host promptly gave a credit for the inconvenience. Some appliances a little old and dishwasher not great, but overall it’s a really nice place to stay for families! Host very responsive to any questions or issues.

Fantastic host and wonderful home! We are not pet owners so I always worry about pet friendly homes...we found this home spotless and clean smelling! It was the perfect house for a week at the beach to relax with my family. Beach toys, chairs, nice towels, everything we needed was available and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking and plenty of cleaning supplies to keep it tidy. The pool was fun for after the beach with lots of seating and toys. Recommendations were helpful. Overall a great stay and very hospitable host!

We had the best vacation with friends. The location is amazing and the house was absolutely perfect for our two families that included kids. Elias was responsive and helpful with a local issue that came up and the house was just as described and very clean. I hope we can make it back here in the future!

We booked an Easter holiday for our family of 5 with three kids (11,9, and 4). This was our first Airbnb experience- we have been to Cocoa Beach the last 4 years, but stayed in hotels. The house exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms, living areas and kitchen were just right, and allowed us to eat in on the nights when we felt like it. We were excited but nervous about the pool, as our 4 year old is still mastering swimming. The house came equipped with life jackets, door alarms to the patio and pool alarms, which put our minds at ease. Amazing grill and patio. The photos don’t do the pool and backyard justice- it felt like a private oasis, and our whole family enjoyed it so much. Thanks for an amazing week. We already booked a return trip next year.

Cool place to hang out. Walk down to the pier and the tiki bars was great. Watching the fishermen feed the pelican might be the highlight. Great boat watching as they come through the cut. A prime location the only issue is you have to go outside for the view:)

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

Excellent location just a short walk to a remote entrance to a long stretch of beach. We weren't looking for a busy beach and it delivered...just a few people within hundreds of yards of us. The unit was very nice and had very good upgrades. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Porch area was great for beach toy storage and for hosing off after coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever rented. By far. The location is perfect… The hostess was amazing. She should write a manual for other Airbnb hosts on how to do it. Her place was perfect. She thought of everything. One small problem and she handled it right away. Very very nice and professional person and a great place to rent! Definitely a return trip is in order.

We had a great stay at Casey’s place in Vero Beach! The design of the home is really cute and on trend. Everything was clean when we arrived and there was a custom welcome sign and snacks that made us feel so welcome! This home is perfect for families. We stayed as a family of 5 plus a set of grandparents and had plenty of space (had one bedroom to spare!). The house has pack n plays, a high chair, a skip hop bouncer, a booster seat, baby pool floatie…everyone knows how difficult it is to travel with children and all of these amenities just made it that much easier. The street is private and filled with families as well. The beach is narrow but completely private and beautiful. We would definitely stay at Casey’s place again.

Loved the location. A beautiful view from inside, and the back deck. Having the beach right in the backyard was a bonus. Everyone had fun playing in the water and in the sand. Host could not have been more welcoming. She was so pro-active, making it easy to access the house, letting us know amenities available, including sand toys for kids. Highly recommend this property if you want a nice, private home on the beach.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The unit was very clean and had lots of windows for daylight. Everyone one we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do for entertainment. Loved having access to the ocean.

We loved staying here with our 1 1/2 year old! It’s was very family friendly and had plenty of space for our travel crib which was perfect. Very clean and they provided lots of beach items which was nice since we were flying from Arizona. The location is amazing and the beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants around and a Publix is right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week at Lisa’s beautiful home. From the start, the hosts were communicative and answered all questions promptly. The house is spacious and impeccably furnished and decorated. The beds are super comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. We spent time outside on the lovely patio and in the pool/hot tub. Yard is large, private and well maintained. Private beach a short walk away and we appreciated the wagon and chairs. Lots of thoughtful touches that made vacation a breeze. Proximity to coffee shops, Publix, and dining a plus. Hosts responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to come back sometime! 10/10 recommend

Even though we stayed at what I assume would be a busy time of year in mid March, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was very spacious for the five of us, especially the living room and two of the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and looked freshly painted. It was nice to have the little screened in porch. The public beach at Jensen Beach is so nice, and it’s just a 2 to 3 minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again!

I think my family found our new favorite spot! House was amazing! Private and easy beach access. House was very unique and we loved everything about it!

We had a great time staying at John’s place. House is located in a very quite, scenic location. It was clean and had all the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable. Was Perfect for our family of four. John is a great host, very friendly, kind and punctual on the responses. We love to grill when on vacation, so John made sure the grill was working properly and clean before our arrival. Best part of the stay was the dock access across the road. We spent 3-4 hours everyday on the dock, grilling and spending quality time with the family. Beautiful setup if you are in to photography! Overall, we loved the place and will stay here again for sure. Thanks John!

I wanted something clean, welcoming, relaxing, close to the ocean, not too far from the town, and your place absolutely delivered. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools I needed to complete my work-cation. Thanks for your quick responses to my questions and for going above and beyond in ensuring I was comfortable. The welcome snacks were appreciated. Clearly a lot of thought and care went into the decor and the amenities for this airbnb. I am looking forward to returning, already on my “must return” list of places, and I will surely recommend.
