Ideal for two people, cozy 20 m2 studio completely renovated and located on the third floor with elevator. Come and enjoy this small cozy nest well equipped where the spaces are well used. A balcony will give you the opportunity to enjoy the view and the outdoors. Located 5 minutes by car (15 minutes walk) from the city center of La Bourboule, it offers you the possibility to park easily thanks to the large parking lot of the residence. Shops nearby. Special health treatment rate.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €7 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.
