The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

The Sambuco holiday home is very nice, cozy and comfortable. The landscape is splendid immersed in the Tuscan hills; the view of these hills is splendid. We were twelve adults and we were comfortably accommodated, also enjoying a certain privacy because there are three independent units, each with all services and amenities. Also the pool area with all the comforts, very clean. Ultimately, we really liked it, we will definitely be back, and I can highly recommend it.

It's amazing, this apartment is a gem, it's super clean, very functional, it's welcoming, even the outside, it's very pleasant. DON'T HESITATE TO COME TO RIZA'S! If only all AIRBNBs were like this, unfortunately this is not the case.

We were received very friendly and extremely helpful right from the start. Mario and his wife are very hospitable and we were very pleased with the regional delicacies that we found on the table as a welcome. The cottage is small but nice, very nice and furnished with Italian charm. We felt very comfortable, the view from the terrace was wonderful. The only thing that was difficult was that we had imagined the apartment to be larger based on the photos. The living room was completely filled by the pulled-out couch, which we needed as a bed, and could not serve as a living room. We assumed that the large terrace was included as living space and so everything turned out a little smaller than we imagined. The cottage is ideal for a family of four but not so suitable for individuals or two couples. Also because the lower cabinet cannot be used as a wardrobe.

We were looking for a place to rest during our work stay in preparing a stand at Euroflora 2025. Just perfect. Lorenzo was very helpful in everything. We couldn't ask for a better response to our needs. I didn't have my beloved four-legged friend with me, but I really appreciated the availability to receive the animals and also a whole series of small attentions prepared for them: bowls, mats, and everything you need to make them feel at home. 5-star rating and a heart!

Riccardo is a very responsive host! I would like to note the cozy atmosphere in the apartment: everything is thought out for comfort and there is everything you need for your stay. As for the kitchen, everything is fully equipped for pleasant cooking at home. The apartment is clean and tidy, everything is as in the photos. The apartment is conveniently located near all the main attractions, not far from the aquarium, a beautiful area for walking, with a beautiful atmosphere near the sea, where yachts are parked, which creates a special coziness, there are also street food stalls in the style of the market and restaurants. Special thanks to the host Karl, very attentive was always in touch, suggested useful information and was very kind.
