Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Vermont

Sam and Errin's properties are our go to when visiting Burlington. Super comfy bed, nice kitchen and living room space for visiting with family were perks of this one, good coffee set up and local recommendations. We enjoyed hiking at Red Rocks park and biking along Champlain path with rentals from Ski Rack. Walked to dinner at Pho Hong (so yummy) via N Winooski Ave on first night, grabbed a horchata at Taco Gordo (looked lively & fun) on way back. Grabbed pastries at nearby Barrio Bakery the next morning. Walked to celebratory dinner at A Single Pebble (wow, so good) on the second night via Elmwood & Church. Grabbed pastries at Great Harvest Bakery (five stars) on way out the next morning. Good sleep, good eats, thank you for another wonderful stay, we'll be back!

Sam & Errin were SO lovely and excellent communicators! They were super proactive and shared lots of details about the space and local recommendations as well. The space was lovely and cozy - perfect for a weekend for ourselves + our dog. It was cold + rainy for most of our time in BTV this trip but when the weather cleared we also enjoyed a nice walk around the quiet neighborhoods behind the house (Saigon Kitchen just 3 blocks away was a good, quick, and affordable meal on our first night too!) Definitely would recommend this spot if you're looking to feel at home while still being super close to downtown and all that BTV has to offer!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Eva’s place. Very convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, hiking etc. Will be back!

This cute clean downtown location is walkable to Main Street restaurants shops and cafes Very clean Coffee maker microwave etc Easy to get in and out Off street parking Whether you are in town for seasonal activities or visiting your college student this location is pretty central

The place was very comfortable and easy to find, just a short drive from Stowe so was nice to relax quick after a day of riding. There was plenty of space and snow for my pups to run and play in the back yard. Had a great time and would stay again if this place is free on my next trip to Stowe

Out stay was fantastic, the place was beautiful and clean. Instructions for check-in were clear, precise, and simple. The area was beautiful and quiet. Secluded put near lots of activities scenery was amazing. If I had any questions or needs out host Alicia was as quick to respond and was able to make sure I had everything I needed when I checked in. We will definitely be returning again for another visit.

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

This location was one of my favorites! More than accommodating, so clean, super family friendly! perfect space for family and friends to gather and enjoy the time together 💜 it was an incredible stay, we cannot wait to come back!

This stay at Jill’s wonderfully cozy house was of 3 weeks over the Christmas season, while our first stay was much shorter. As with the first time around, everything was perfect, or close to be. Jill makes sure that you are provided everything you may need to enjoy every minute of your stay. The decoration of the house is neutral enough so as not to offend anyone tastes but still attractive; all machines work well; furniture, beds, bedding are all very comfortable and the kitchen is so well equipped that, if you like cooking, you can really make fine dishes. This little house has kept its antique character while having been restored at the best level. We were lucky enough to have quite a snowy Christmas which made our stay magical. With a safe fire place burning woods we spent many hours listening to audio books while I was crocheting a blanket. It was really a fabulous 3 weeks! Thank you Jill for being so attentive to your guests needs and desires.

Great space! We were comfortable with a big group here, and loved being so close to the slopes. Hot tub seems new and is in great condition.

Mariana was wonderful. She lent us slippers since it was cold outside. She left a lot of provisions for our use so we did not need to buy olive oil, etc. She left clear directions for check out and garbage disposal. The house was very clean and the views from her property were amazing. We had a wonderful time and saw some amazing fossils from the Chazy reef.

This is a treasure of a “family reunion” home and a privilege to be allowed to enjoy it. It is like going back in time to your grandparents’ home. Think gold dixie cup dispenser on the bathroom wall and the chrome covered Kleenex box built into the wall. Pictures of all of the kids and grandkids adorn the surfaces and walls. There is a memory wall of hand prints of children who have gone on to have children of their own. It is a very special place. You feel a warm hug when you walk into the door as you are welcomed to the family. Practical tips: If you are arriving in the dark, the house is the 6th one on the right after you turn onto the street. Each room has its own heater thermostat. We found 65 in the bathroom and 60 everywhere else was just right for us. Costco is 30 mins away near Burlington. We loved our 6 day stay for leaf season. October 10-14 was peak leaf season in 2024. We toured the country-side and Montreal too. Enjoy this home that has been enjoyed for 3 generations!

We absolutely loved this rental! Location was perfect, close to the mountain and restaurants! The pool + hot tub was a major hit with our kids and we used it everyday after skiing. We will 100% be returning to this rental!
