The quintessential Vermont Airbnb! Beautiful surroundings, lots of outdoor activities, and easy to get into town with great restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and provide everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Amazing place! Mike and Amy offer a wonderful place to rest your head and relax in the beautiful and peaceful town of Waterbury. Cannot wait to stay again. You won’t regret booking this Airbnb. (Be sure to visit Henders’ Cafe right across the street). All local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! Cozy space, lovely hosts! Our arrival was perfectly timed with a snow storm. Our hosts were kind, flexible, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. The space is warm and colorful, with a nicely functional kitchen. The area is easily walkable from lakeside to Church St shops, even in snow. As others have mentioned, there is a decent amount of sound bleed between the guest and host spaces, but it was not a problem for us. Pretty typical for an older house, and adds to the coziness. :)

We had a great stay! The location is wonderful and the place was really clean. Instructions were easy to follow for check-in and check-out. We would stay again!

This is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. It is quite close to Stratton and the hosts were all great communicators with a quick response time. I hope to stay there again sometime!

This rental was perfect for our family’s overnight ski trip to Okemo. We have two teenaged sons who shared a bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and (most importantly) to meet the AM caffeine needs. The rental was approximately 10 minutes away from Okemo, which was the best part for us. Already planning next February’s ski trip!

Great place to stay for skiing Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, convenient to restaurants and shops. Very quiet setting, just be prepared for a little bit of non-paved road to climb to access it. The apartment felt more spacious and open than I expected, and accommodated 3 adults quite comfortably. Wax bench was a nice bonus for us skiers!

Claudia's place was PERFECT! If you are looking to explore Hardwick this is the only way to do it, easy check in and check out and literally spackle dab in the middle of town! Did I mention it's right above one of the most amazing coffee shops, with a great space to work, people with and enjoy delicious homemade bake goods and breakfast sandwich! I also enjoyed positive pie and cork and fork! Thank you so much for everything, felt right at home!

We loved Tim’s apartment for our Stowe ski weekend. It was just as described and in a beautiful setting. Tim was also great to communicate with and very accommodating when we had some last minute changes to our plans. Will definitely stay here again on a return trip - highly recommend!

Really lovely space. Brian's place is in a lovely corner of Montpelier, a short walk from the town centre. I really enjoyed staying there and would recommend to others!

Dick and Dorothy are some of the most lovely, hospitable folks we have ever met and we feel so lucky to have gotten to know them through our extended stays at their apartment for the the last 5 winters. Hancock is a truly special community and the apartment is an excellent choice for anyone looking to visit the area. It is conveniently located, well-stocked, and delightfully quaint. We are already excited to return!

The Property was beautiful and peaceful Mark was informative and the property was exactly as advertised. There was a lot of rules however they all made very valid points. overall it was cheaper than a hotel and more private witch was nice.

Gail's place was very cozy and perfect for a short stay. We had everything we needed and Gail and Michelle are extremely responsive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend!

This place was very beautiful and definitely very peaceful. We had a great time, even though the drive to activities was pretty far. My only wish was that it was a little more private as far as the other attached rental and housing. Very pretty walk along the brook and the hot tub was a beautiful added bonus. Thank you for the extras that were provided.! Great trip!

My husband and I stayed at Colleen’s place for a brief romantic getaway, our first since our daughter was born nearly 4 years ago. The place was comfortable as described and the scenery in the area was beautiful. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed our stay.

Sarla's space was exactly as advertised. We had no problems checking ourselves in and it was located on the main road in Stowe giving us easy access to a number of great restaurants (Bench and Doc Ponds). It also was easy to navigate back to Waterbury and 89 to get to places like Burlington. The hot tub was amazing and very private. We would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in Stowe.
