Communication was smooth and timely, and the accommodation was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It was the perfect escape from the city, offering a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a serene break.

Absolutely loved it. Earthy and private and loved every second, wanted to stay longer. Hot tub was amazing. Takes a while to heat up but is fun to test the temperature and still warm in the morning if u play it right. Pool is fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

Bertus was very helpful, easy to contact and a great host. House was in the mountains, breath-taking views and a we loved using the splash pool / wood fire hot-tub and made a stay extra special. We enjoyed exploring and a short walk to a nearby beautiful white beach. I highly recommended this mountain retreat, its truly special.

Very comfortable villa in Voelklip, a short drive from the best Hermanus beaches. Outside Braai area is excellent with a choice of braai devices, and the outdoor shower was a highlight of grown-ups and children alike. For those with young children, just be aware that there is no enclosed garden so you will need to be on the lookout - although they will love the neighbourhood cat and the tortoises roaming the garden! Also no inverter so, other than the internet, load shedding will cause total power loss in the house (though gas hobs are helpfully immune). Therese couldn’t have been more helpful, very responsive and always resolving whatever we needed. All in all wonderful stay and would happily return

The cottage was fantastic, beautiful setting with great privacy. You have a whole dam to yourself, walk in the vineyards, relax in the wood fire hot tub under the stars. No complaints, but do not plan to cook a lot of meals, the kitchen is small and washup area, we lit a braai outside and that was perfect. Definitely would recommend and return.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. Always our favourite part of Pringle, and our favourite house for two families to stay in. We love Speir Cottage and appreciate all its idiosyncrasies and treasures. Best side of Pringle, for sure. And so nice to bring our animals and know that dogs are appreciated :) Kids had the best time ever, as always.

Waking up to a sea view was a treat, but the real surprise was discovering a cupboard full of old board games and puzzles I remembered from my childhood. We had such fun playing together as a family. Long beach walks, friendly chats with locals — it all added to the charm. It’s not fancy, but it’s full of heart. A magical spot by the sea, perfect for making memories with the kids.

Lovely home with excellent location close to the cliff path, Grotto Beach and Dutchies. Kitchen is very well equipped and caters to a lovely relaxed atmosphere and vibe. We had a great time however struggled with the sun in the mornings in the bedrooms with thin/shear curtains waking us up much earlier than we would’ve liked.

Vanessa’s house is hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences. The open plan kitchen and lounge area is wonderfully spacious. Great beds, linen & towels. An umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards & games to entertain kids. A kitchen with most things you’ll need for family dinners - even an air fryer & toastie maker. We’ll definitely be back.

Esther is a gracious host, very hospitable and helpful, and the apartment is very nicely situated, a short walk to the Cliff Path, beaches, and amenities. We felt comfortable and safe, and enjoyed all the conveniences, including a "braai" outside om the patio and a washing machine in the garage :-) Were we to return to Hermanus in the future, we would definitely like to stay there again!

We had a wonderful time in Rooi-Els. We enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings and lovely views. The cottage is rustic but charming and, its location is something very special. Illah is a wonderful host and quick to respond to any queries.

Elsja made sure we were warmly welcomed - Christmas decorations, gifts for our dogs and some fabulous treats for us! This is our 2nd holiday at the house and love the large rooms with plenty of light and fresh air - easy walks to the beach and the mountain. We will be back! Thank you.

Such a beautiful and tranquil flat! I couldn’t take my eyes off the stunning big waves. Garth and Terese were incredibly welcoming and kind—they even baked us a delicious sourdough bread, which was amazing! Highly recommend!

Sandra was very friendly, professional and helpful and was very accommodating with our check in when our plans changed last minute. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was new & well decorated. Everything we needed was in the unit, right down to having adapter plugs for charging in the bedrooms. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning! We really felt like we were home away from home. We would definitely recommend this unit and Sandra as a host! Thanks for sharing your unit with us Sandra, we had a great stay! :-)

Sarita’s place is perfectly situated — away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet conveniently close to town. It’s a charming tiny home with everything thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the beautifully designed bathroom, and having access to Netflix was a great bonus.

Francy is a lovely lady with great eye for detail and comfort. The unit is incredibly well equipped for every possible need - the furniture, decor and overall finish of the unit is all very high quality- the views from every corner are simply sublime ( we sat in the garden to watch the stars - simply amazing with no light pollution) the darling doggie who comes over for a cuddle was the icing on a very lovely cake! Thank you Francy!!

Love the stay! Will definitely choose the property again

Felt like stepping into an episode of MTV Cribs — but with better wine and even better views. The place was spotless, stylish, and honestly even more impressive in person than in the photos. Yolanda was a dream host — proactive, flexible, and super easy to communicate with. She made check-in smooth and gave us space to fully relax and enjoy. We had to cut our stay a little shorter than expected due to other plans, but we easily could’ve stayed a few more days just soaking it all in. Highly recommend — this one’s a gem.

An extremely well located and resourced family home for a holiday. Would love to have stayed longer in this lovely location. A home worth returning too
