Ήσυχη γειτονιά, έχει κοντά μινι μαρκετ κεντρικό δρόμο κτλ. Είσοδος με κουτί φύλαξης κλειδιών χωρίς παρουσία οικοδεσπότη. Έχει πάντα ζεστό νερό οπότε το χρειαστείτε. We loved the place, enjoyed the town too, not much you can do, but perfect relaxing weekend getaway with great 2 meat tavernas. The place was initially cold, takes a bit of time to warm up, but the stay was comfortable, we enjoyed it. The ski center is like 1km away, very convenient if you go skiing.

Ο κύριος Αλέξανδρος είναι ένας εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης που μας έδωσε πολύ χρήσιμες οδηγίες για την πόλη κι ήταν πολύ προνοητικός. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και παρείχε τα πάντα (μέχρι και υλικά για τοστ ή οδοντόβουρτσες σε περίπτωση που είχαμε ξεχάσει τη δική μας). Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και για βόλτα στην πόλη δε χρειάζεται το αυτοκίνητο! Συστήνω τη διαμονή ανεπιφύλακτα καθώς η εμπειρία ήταν καλύτερη κι από πενταστερα ξενοδοχεία!

Ich war bereits mehrmals bei Despina und auch wie die letzten male war ich höchst zufrieden! Es hat wieder alles gepasst. Das Appartment ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Die beiden sind sehr nett und helfen sofort wenn es notwendig ist. Ich komme immer gerne wieder! Vielen Dank ihr beiden, euer Appartment ist auf jeden Fall zu empfählen!

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο, μεγάλο και πεντακάθαρο. Από τη στιγμή που μπήκα, ένιωσα άνετα και σαν στο σπίτι μου. Η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική, καθώς βρίσκεται στη λίμνη Νεράιδα στην Κοζάνη, με μια απίστευτη θέα. Η Μαρία έχει φροντίσει κάθε λεπτομέρεια και το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, καλύπτοντας κάθε ανάγκη. Το μόνο που θα πρότεινα να βελτιωθεί είναι ο καναπές, που θα μπορούσε να είναι μεγαλύτερος. Παρόλα αυτά, αυτή η μικρή λεπτομέρεια δεν μειώνει καθόλου τη συνολική εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία!

We really enjoyed our time at Μελάνια's and would recommend to anyone wanting a rural Greek retreat. Μελάνια's property is a self-contained apartment on the top floor of the farm house, with the entire ground mostly to ourselves. Inside, the apartment is designed as a sharp, modern studio with a lovely, large, more traditional fireplace/woodburner. The kitchen, with hob and coffee maker, had everything we needed. Good WiFi. Outside, the views are great, you can see for miles. Surrounded by orchards and farm land, with some neighbours nearby but not overlooking. A friendly cat and dog live on site, the latter in their own little yard, which we were always pleased to say hello to. We used the jacuzzi one day and it was easy to operate with instructions. Μελάνια was an excellent host, giving us useful local and cultural information before our trip, providing some sweet Easter items and a bottle of wine on arrival, and she even provided us with a delicious soup one evening!
