It was a great stay

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

From the second we booked the place all the way up until checkout, Rupesh was always responsive and he also gave us a great welcome gift! 100/10 place, location is too good if you like the chapora lane vibe. Everything worthwhile in north goa feels like a stone throw away. Blinkit has a dark store right there and it makes living there super convenient. We would definitely visit again!

Everything was as described infact something’s were even better. Raju was super helpful. Due to being off season jacuzzi and sauna were not operational but just because we wanted to experience these things he started sauna and jacuzzi just for us. The local recommendation were top notch. Zomato Swiggy was available in the location 24x7 but would’ve still preferred a microwave to reheat the food as there was no dedicated kitchen. Overall loved the stay, will definitely book again.

Photographs cannot justify the beauty of the apartment, it was much better. It is well designed with a loft, spacious and well maintained. The flat was right in front of the pool which is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, people were helpful, the resort was beautiful just next to the beach through a private road. There were many eateries just next to the road and taxis were available a call away. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The highlight, though, was lush green surroundings, the expansive swimming pool and approximately 1 km walk to Calangute Beach - a captivating spot for families.

Had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place. We love the location because it’s in a quieter area but very close to everything in Calangute, making it accessible to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We have stayed in this building before at another unit and loved it so much that we were excited to come back. The staff is also extremely friendly. There’s 24 hour security and the cleaning staff comes daily. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. We cooked a lot and we had all the tools we needed. The bed is also a king size and extremely comfortable. Sunaina was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. The gas tank in the kitchen ran out halfway through our stay, and she had the replacement delivered first thing the next morning. She was quick to respond and kept open communication throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sunaina’s place to anyone looking for a central location in Goa in a superb apartment!

Place is Really Good Was Exactly like Pic and Clean

Stayed with spouse and my 10months old baby. Tried Airbnb in Goa first time. Must say that it was worth trying. Found it very helpful and playful for my baby. He just crawled and explored the whole place. He just enjoyed his space to crawl. Making his baby food got easier due to availability of Gas Stove. Falon as host is very helpful and informative. Looking forward for my next visit to Goa and at Falon’s place.

The stay was a very pleasant experience for us. Me and my 2 friends visited goa for 4 nights and this was one of the top rated airbnbs near candolim beach. The rooms are exactly as per the pictures. The instructions were clearly given just before our arrival on what all to be done and followed. Laundry shops, supermarkets and medical stores are all nearby. Housekeeping also visited everyday. Hats off to Sukhjeet for making it an easy and friendly experience for us.

Mohit's place was a great find in Siolim. He was very responsive and always a text away right from checkin till check out. The space in itself was very cozy with all the amenities you could have asked for. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Siolim area.
