Apartment vacation rentals in Verem

We went as a group of friends. The stay was exactly as in the pictures. The pool was clean , all amenities were present. Parking is available, hence we rented a cab. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. Caretaker cleans the place daily includes utensils which is charged per item. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay in nerul.

We stayed at an Airbnb Casa Sqeria, Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived early, around 10:00 AM. Initially, we just planned to leave our luggage and explore the area, but the caretaker, Shubham and Joel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged a temporary room for us to freshen up and rest, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We were also given bottled water. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had a warm, homely vibe. There were friendly dogs on the premises, as well as some fishes and turtles, which added a charming and lively touch to the stay. On the terrace, there was a small but cozy swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip and relaxation. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality truly stood out.

We had an amazing stay. Sukoon was just neat and clean. Very cool interiors. Sukoon is full of all the necessities including iron , washing machine, hair dryer, oven etc. You will feel right at home. Place is near to candolim beach. I just loved the place. Hearty thanks for hosting us. will visit again.♥️

Harmeeta's place in Goa was an absolute gem for our short annual family vacation! It was super cozy and perfectly suited for our family of three. Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.

The stay was amazing. The place is as describe and shown in the pictures. Beautiful view from the balcony and from the bedroom, It’s very good place for two. All the basic amenities are there like washing machine, Ironing board with iron refrigerator, induction, microwave. The caretaker is very helpful. He is always available and it’s very safe place and secure to stay. If you’re alone. I was a solo traveller and I was completely safe even coming late in the night. The surrounding is residential. If you like calm peaceful area, this is the best to stay in Goa with beautiful view. Of course if you have a Bike or car, all the places are reachable. Thank you so much. Will definitely come back here if I am in goa.

Yash has a lovely place in a very peaceful locality. The market was easily accessible but you need to have a vehicle. We wanted to stay at a place away from the noise and yet close enough to the market. We would love to stay here in our next visit

Everything is perfect, properly working, lights are dim so if you want to shoot or record at night so it will be little difficult rest beautiful property with great view same as pictures Great for family & friends

Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Mr. Dicosta and family, for not just opening your home to us — but also your hearts. We came as strangers and left with lifelong memories.

The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Panjim. The location is perfect , central, safe, and very well-connected to all major spots. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It had all the essentials and felt very homely. The host was excellent proactive, friendly, and always available for any questions. Check-in was smooth, and communication was seamless throughout the stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Panjim!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. My wife, daughter, and I felt like we were in a luxurious home rather than a rental. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was taken care of – from the cozy bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen. It felt warm, welcoming, and elegant all at once. One of the best parts was the building’s swimming pool – clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. My daughter absolutely loved it, and we all enjoyed spending time there. The entire place gave us a peaceful, homely vibe with all the comforts of a premium hotel. The host was also very friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout our stay. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, and memorable stay. Can’t wait to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

we stayed for 3 nights everything was upto the mark . Not a single word against this property I personally liked the apartment so much. Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.

The apartment provided to us was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed for me. It was very well maintained And so beautiful Apartment The swimming pool area was such an awesome place to relax. Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this property. Very serene environment and no parking issues. The host was always available over a call whenever I needed to ask anything. Overall, the apartment is superb and I definitely recommend this Airbnb property to all who want to have a comfortable stay. - None. Everything was perfect.

pretty and comfortable stay

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
