Vacation rentals with a balcony in Verdon

Wonderful people-watching from the balcony, (including a semi- marathon one Sunday morning) which gets the sun from morning to sunset and is very sheltered. The road is busy but for us the view of the sea and the mountains not only from the balcony but also from the large windows more than compensated for this. We arrived by train and could immediately go for dinner in one of the restaurants under the flat. We enjoyed the location, away from the busiest spots but an easy walk to and from the market. Le Suquet is just behind and the port from the day trips to the islands five minutes’ walk away. We saw films in the original version with French sub-titles (VOST) at two cinemas, made use of the buses (Palm App) to get to the villages… the mimosa was out…

The Charly apartment met our expectations: very large, very bright, renovated by Jessica, owner, an architect with undeniable talent. The places were intended to be elegant and refined, but without ostentation. The "Charlie Chaplin" theme is respected and fun, but everything is done lightly. Everything is available for an independent stay and the possibility to cook and live as comfortably as at home. The apartment was impeccable. We found tips on restaurants and activities in Cannes and our hosts could not have been more responsive: our exchanges were a pleasure. Well, there is the downside of three floors to climb with luggage, but that is forgotten once the large and beautiful door opens onto the apartment. We are leaving with regret, delighted with our experience in Cannes.

Modern and comfortable appartments. Underground parking place was included. The beach and promenade are nearby. We've enjoyed our staying here and recommend it 100%

Listing as described. It is clean and well-equipped. Exterior lighting is missing so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. Lots of co-ownership rules that we weren't aware of. The owners of the other properties are not very nice, we had remonstrations at the pool (we were talking about being too loud). The agents of the Serrendy agency are very available and nice.

Great location, easily walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect for what we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive too.
