Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Ground floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse for 4 people at the top of Verchaix, 1100 m altitude, exceptional views of the Haut Giffre valley, and the summit of Mont Blanc. Ultra-comfortable. South-facing. 60 m2 accommodation consisting of a large bedroom, a large living room with bunk beds and a bathroom. HOT TUB AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND ⛔️ - 8 years Morillon ski lifts 6 km away, and Samoens 10 km away. Snowshoeing and hiking from the house.

Beautiful apartment built by us, south facing with large terrace, shared outdoor space and unobstructed view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
